Punching runs on an AMADA AE2510NT CNC turret punch with MP2512L automatic sheet loader, nesting straight from your DXF. Parts then move to CNC press brake, robotic and MIG welding, the automatic powder-coat line and final assembly.

Our factory holds IATF 16949:2016 — the automotive quality system — and produces stamped and welded metal parts with electrophoretic and spray coating for a German premium car maker. The same plant, the same stamping, welding and coating processes go into your cabinets. The certificate is in cycle 3 and runs to July 2029.
Yes. Top chests, intermediate chests and rolling cabinets can be quoted as a matched set, in the same colour and the same drawer styling.
Ball-bearing drawer slides and rated casters are standard options. Heavier slides, specific caster models and braked casters can be specified in the drawing.
Yes. Drawer count, drawer heights and internal divider layout are set from your drawing or from a layout you mark up on our 3D render.
