Steel garage storage cabinets — modular sets, wall units, tall units and workbench combinations — produced to your sizes, colour and drawer layout on an OEM / ODM basis, FOB Qingdao.
A garage storage cabinet has to fit the wall it stands against and the range a reseller wants to sell. Our projects therefore start from a wall measurement, a drawing or a reference product — the cabinet is quoted from that, not from a catalogue number.

Two numbers decide whether a tall garage storage cabinet is deliverable, and both are worth fixing before the design is frozen.
Door weight: a 2,450 mm tall double-door unit, 900 mm wide with 1.2 mm full double-sided door skins, puts roughly 29.8 kg on each leaf. That is the load the hinges carry all day, and it is why a tall door is normally split into two horizontal sections instead of being hung as one full-height leaf.
Container door height: a 20GP / 40GP door opening is about 2,280 mm with roughly 2,393 mm internal height, so a 2,450 mm cabinet is crated and loaded on its back rather than stood upright and pushed in.

Most of our garage storage cabinets go to brands, distributors and installers who already sell storage. What matters there is a coherent range rather than a single unit — the same colour, the same plinth line and the same drawer hardware across every module — so a customer can add to the set later.

You approve at every gate. Nothing is cut before the drawing is signed off, and the render and the technical drawing cost you nothing.
Send a sketch, a measured layout or a reference photo. Sizes, drawer counts, colour, locks and casters.
We build a virtual scene image of the cabinet before anything is made, so you can see the proportions.
The layout is locked and issued as a formal DXF / PDF drawing with dimensions, steel gauge and bill of materials.
One sample unit is built and photographed, or shipped, for your final approval.
Punch, bend, weld, powder-coat and assemble on the line, with photo updates at the key stages.
Pre-shipment inspection against the confirmed drawing, then export packing and container loading.
Units built on the Qingdao line — not stock photography. Bring your own drawing or a reference photo and it will be built to that.

Our factory holds IATF 16949:2016 — the automotive quality system — and produces stamped and welded metal parts with electrophoretic and spray coating for a German premium car maker. The same plant, the same stamping, welding and coating processes go into your cabinets. The certificate is in cycle 3 and runs to July 2029.
Yes. Send the wall dimensions, a sketch or a drawing — DXF, PDF or a photo with the main sizes written on it. The set is designed to that space and quoted from it.
Either. Most projects are a mix of tall, base and wall units in one run, and single units can be added to the same range later.
Doors are normally 1.2 mm full double-sided cold-rolled steel, with 1.5 mm available. Body structure and drawer construction are specified per project — tell us the load the unit has to take and the gauge is fixed with the drawing.
Send a photo of the wall, a sketch or a drawing. You get a 3D scene render in 2 working days (free), then a technical drawing with steel gauge and bill of materials before anything is cut.
Send a drawing, a rough sketch or a photo of what you need. Tell us the destination port and the quantity you have in mind — you get a firm number, a lead time and photos of comparable builds.
