Cold-rolled steel garage cabinets, powder coated to any RAL colour and produced to your sizes, drawer layout and locking — OEM / ODM, FOB Qingdao.
Metal garage cabinets are built from cold-rolled steel sheet — cut, formed and welded into the frame, then powder coated. Running the coating in-house is what makes a colour match possible: any RAL can be specified and the whole run comes off the same batch.

Nothing on a metal garage cabinet is fixed by us. Width, depth and height, drawer count and drawer heights, steel gauge, hardware, colour and branding are all set by the buyer and quoted from the drawing.

Height is usually not the limit; the container door is. A 20GP / 40GP door opening is about 2,280 mm with roughly 2,393 mm internal height, so a 2,450 mm tall unit is crated and loaded lying on its back, with the door face never carrying the load.

You approve at every gate. Nothing is cut before the drawing is signed off, and the render and the technical drawing cost you nothing.
Send a sketch, a measured layout or a reference photo. Sizes, drawer counts, colour, locks and casters.
We build a virtual scene image of the cabinet before anything is made, so you can see the proportions.
The layout is locked and issued as a formal DXF / PDF drawing with dimensions, steel gauge and bill of materials.
One sample unit is built and photographed, or shipped, for your final approval.
Punch, bend, weld, powder-coat and assemble on the line, with photo updates at the key stages.
Pre-shipment inspection against the confirmed drawing, then export packing and container loading.
Units built on the Qingdao line — not stock photography. Bring your own drawing or a reference photo and it will be built to that.

Our factory holds IATF 16949:2016 — the automotive quality system — and produces stamped and welded metal parts with electrophoretic and spray coating for a German premium car maker. The same plant, the same stamping, welding and coating processes go into your cabinets. The certificate is in cycle 3 and runs to July 2029.
Cold-rolled steel sheet, formed and welded, then powder coated. Doors are normally 1.2 mm full double-sided steel with 1.5 mm available; body and drawer construction follow the load the unit has to take.
Yes. Coating runs on our own line and any RAL colour can be specified, so a set can match an existing range or a display piece.
Yes. Private label is how most of our distributor projects run — your sizes, your colour, your hardware, your brand plate and your retail carton.
Height is not the limit; the container door is. A standard container door opening is about 2,280 mm, so tall units ship crated and lying down — tell us the height you need and the packing is designed around it.
Send a drawing, a rough sketch or a photo of what you need. Tell us the destination port and the quantity you have in mind — you get a firm number, a lead time and photos of comparable builds.
