The size American workshops ask for most: 1,829 mm of storage. We build the drawer split around your tools rather than around a fixed catalogue layout.
A 72 inch cabinet is a three-bay unit: three 600 mm bays plus the side panels comes to about 1,829 mm. That is why the drawer split matters more than the millimetre count — the same 1,829 mm can be a full-width drawer bank, a bank plus a tall locker, or a bank with a centre cupboard.

Most suppliers sell a 72 inch cabinet with one fixed drawer pattern. We would rather you send the tools: the deep drawer for the rattle guns, the shallow drawers sized for sockets, and a drawer tall enough to stand a torque wrench upright.

You approve at every gate. Nothing is cut before the drawing is signed off, and the render and the technical drawing cost you nothing.
Send a sketch, a measured layout or a reference photo. Sizes, drawer counts, colour, locks and casters.
We build a virtual scene image of the cabinet before anything is made, so you can see the proportions.
The layout is locked and issued as a formal DXF / PDF drawing with dimensions, steel gauge and bill of materials.
One sample unit is built and photographed, or shipped, for your final approval.
Punch, bend, weld, powder-coat and assemble on the line, with photo updates at the key stages.
Pre-shipment inspection against the confirmed drawing, then export packing and container loading.
Units built on the Qingdao line — not stock photography. Bring your own drawing or a reference photo and it will be built to that.

Our factory holds IATF 16949:2016 — the automotive quality system — and produces stamped and welded metal parts with electrophoretic and spray coating for a German premium car maker. The same plant, the same stamping, welding and coating processes go into your cabinets. The certificate is in cycle 3 and runs to July 2029.
These are standard figures, not best case. Anything different is written on the drawing you approve before production starts.
It is a standard result, not a standard part. Our module widths are 600, 750, 900 and 1,000 mm; three 600 mm bays plus the side panels land at about 1,829 mm, which is the 72 inch cabinet American workshops ask for. The confirmed width is printed on the drawing.
Yes, and that is the point of building to a drawing. Tell me the heights you need and the tools that have to fit, and the split is designed around them instead of copied from a catalogue.
The unit ships as bolted bays, not as one welded 1,829 mm block, so it goes through a normal door and is assembled on site. Send the door width and any corner on the route and the bay sizes are set so the heaviest piece passes.
Fully assembled bays in plywood crates — processed wood, exempt from ISPM 15 heat treatment. The crate carries a numbered drawing and a set-up guide. We quote FOB Qingdao or DDP to your door; installation is not in our scope.
3D render and technical drawing: 2 working days each (free). Sample: 7-10 days. Mass production: about 30 days. Total from inquiry to container shipment: 30-45 days.
Send a drawing, a rough sketch or a photo of what you need. Tell us the destination port and the quantity you have in mind — you get a firm number, a lead time and photos of comparable builds.
