Send a referenceProduction runs on AMADA AE2510NT CNC turret punch paired with MP2512L automatic sheet loader — the same platform used by leading European and Japanese cabinet brands. Nesting programs run straight from your DXF.
After punching, parts move on to CNC press brake, robotic & MIG welding, automatic powder-coat line and final assembly. One point of contact in Qingdao from your drawing to the finished cabinet.

Our factory holds IATF 16949:2016, the automotive quality system, and produces stamped and welded metal parts with electrophoretic coating and spray coating for a German premium car maker. The certificate scope is exactly that: manufacture, electrophoresis and spraying of metal stamped and welded parts.

Yes. We ship worldwide including the USA, Europe, Japan and Australia, FOB Qingdao. We handle export packing, plywood crates, shipping marks and container loading.
Cold-rolled steel sheet with powder coating, any RAL colour. Steel gauge, drawer slides, locks, casters, packaging and branding are all specified by you.
1.2 mm cold-rolled steel is standard on the carcass and drawer fronts, with 1.5 mm available on request. The drawing you approve states the gauge of every panel, so there is nothing to measure or argue about after delivery.
80 kg per drawer on the heavy-duty full-extension slides we fit as standard. If your application needs more, say so and we quote a heavier slide.
Yes — OEM / ODM is our normal way of working: your sizes, your drawer layout, your colour, your hardware, your brand plate and your packaging. Send a drawing or a rough sketch, and you get a 3D render in 2 working days before anything is cut.
We quote FOB Qingdao. The units ship fully assembled in plywood crates: you open the crate, stand the sections up, bolt them together and fix them to the wall. Installation is not in our scope, and the crate carries a numbered drawing and a set-up guide.
